Key facts about this engagement

Concise scope definitions based on VAIXtech’s published delivery model.

What is MVP Sprint?

MVP Sprint is a scoped VAIXtech engagement for First-time founders validating an idea. It helps teams plan and deliver saaS MVP through one accountable workflow. The engagement connects discovery, implementation, quality checks, and handover, while documenting deliverables, dependencies, acceptance criteria, ownership, and the intended outcome before implementation begins.

How does VAIXtech deliver MVP Sprint?

VAIXtech delivers MVP Sprint through discovery, planning, implementation, review, and handover stages. The published delivery window is 4–10 weeks, milestone based. Each stage has a defined output and review point, while client access, content, feedback, and approvals remain visible dependencies. Final handover covers completed assets, accounts, documentation, and agreed next actions.

What result should a MVP Sprint engagement produce?

The primary objective is to discovery sprint: scope, data model, and risk list. Every engagement includes a written scope, implementation, quality checks, progress reviews, and handover for the agreed capability. It does not automatically include unrelated third-party fees or work outside the accepted scope. Additional requirements are documented before delivery, timing, or fees are changed.

Sound familiar?

The three problems this solves

01

Quotes are vague and open-ended

Hourly billing with no ceiling means the budget grows while the launch date keeps moving.

02

You get a demo, not a product

Pretty screens with no auth, no payments, no data model that survives real users.

03

Nobody can maintain what was built

Undocumented code, no repository access, and a hard dependency on the person who built it.

We had two failed attempts with freelancers. The difference here was the discovery week — we cut half the features and launched something people actually used.

Questions

Answers before you enquire

What if I do not have complete requirements?

That is normal and exactly why the sprint starts with a paid discovery week. You leave it with a scope, architecture, and a fixed milestone plan.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes, after a short code review. We report honestly on whether extending it is cheaper than rebuilding the weak parts.

Who owns the code and data?

You do, entirely. Repository access is yours from day one, not at the end.

What decides where the project price lands?

Number of user roles, integrations, payment and compliance needs, and whether design is supplied or created from scratch.

Do you support the product after launch?

Yes — a light monthly support and iteration plan is available once the sprint closes.

How involved do I need to be during the sprint?

Roughly two to three hours a week: a demo, quick decisions on open questions, and feedback on the working build. Delays almost always come from slow decisions, not slow coding.

What is actually delivered at the end?

A working product in production with your accounts and credentials, the repository, deployment setup, admin access, and short documentation covering how the system runs and where to extend it.
